Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your Mirari smart mirror, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The mirror must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Mirrors that have been installed or altered.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@wearemirari.co.uk with:

  • Your order number.
  • Reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, or the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
